Welcome to the Perry Removals Sawbridgeworth website. This website has been designed to help you through the process of moving home with information not only on the removal itself but on other pre and post removal day issues.
With a population of under 9,000 Sawbridgeworth has a history recorded in the Domesday Book. Known in earlier days as Sabrixteworde, the town has historic links with Sir Geoffrey de Mandeville and Anne Boleyn. Also Ralph Jocelyn, twice Mayor of London, who lived at Great Hyde Hall. This stately manor house has in the last 20 years been converted into apartments and country estate homes. More recent residents in the town include David and Victoria Beckham.
Sawbridgeworth lays alongside the River Stort which is navigable by 30-40 foot boats. Although all boats today are for leisure purposes in past times goods were shipped from here into London.
Perry Removals have completed moves to and from probably every street and village in the area including Great Hyde Hall, Pishiobury and Sayesbury properties.
